Day 2 of 30 Day Challenge
MY CRUSH
This should have been an easy one, but it was NOT.
I have a real serious crush but I cannot admit to it.
Why? Simply because I have to get over him. The end.
So, we'll call him TW, is my next in line crush.
Yes, he has a girlfriend. And?
I'm just sayin, he is effing H O T.
esp w/the rib muscle things that you can't see in this pic. sorry.
He makes me say "FML" because he's not mine.
& I want him to grab my ass like that. for real.
Don't call me a homewrecker yet,
he doesn't even live in Alabama. Or Florida...
but I reckon he does make me a Cougar.

Weekend ReCap
This past weekend was amazing.
Yes, amazing.
I am so thankful for that.
Friday night was girl's night out w/Marianne.
We started w/dinner at Frogz, our fav place.
I had coconut tuna, medium rare. Mmm!
Our gay waiter was hilarious, as always.
Complimenting on MA's wallet and purse was priceless, made her night.
Next was Oscar's.
It was kinda quiet at first but the beer was cheap.
And the karaoke was entertaining.
I was "on the prowl" for "the situation" as we like to call it.
There was only one guy with some kind of potential.
It was disappointing.
We walked across the street to JP's.
But there was 10 cars in the lot so we went back to Oscar's.
It had gotten much more crowded.
But the kicker was it's a total dudefest.
& of course, the only guys who had balls were not "the situation."
Overall, we had a blast with our lemon drop shots and people watching.
We ended up at my house with Malibu & pineapple orange juice.
Saturday I woke up in a foul mood.
(due to a text I had missed while asleep)
But I got up and got my ass on the treadmill, instant cure all.
Marianne and I spent most of the day shopping in Enterprise.
I even bought some clothes! ONLY because it was major clearance.
She made a yummy dinner
and we watched Out Cold and Steel Magnolias.
No, I had never seen that movie.
I am Ouiser, she is Clairee. srsly to a T.
We even acted like teenagers and drove around town.
Looking for "the situation" of course.
Of course the most excitement we got out of that was nearly drowning in our driveway.
We did go find Vegas and get a pic.
One day, that pic will be worth lots of money.
I GOT a repeat text late that night/early Sunday morning (whatever).
So, my night ended very positively.
After 3 hours of sleep I decided I wanted to go the beach.
It was gonna rain all day at the house but not there.
It was a perfect beach day. Almost too hot, but not quite.
Ended the night with True Blood.
That epi was too much. ew
Hope you had a good weekend!

Fill in the Blank Friday
Got this from Alexandria!
{1.} A very nostalgic place that reminds me of being a kid is the beach or a pool. I was a fish growing up. If I was in the water, I was happy and content.
{2.} If someone really wants to show me how much they love me they will let me by myself and not want me to change who I am.
{3.} Lately I've been wondering a lot about where my life is headed. I know I should know that answer, but I don't.
{4.} When it comes to saving money I fail. I have gotten better though. It's def much easier to do when you are single!
{5.} I'd prefer winter over summer never!
{6.} I wish I knew how to make chicken and dumplins. I just cannot seem to grasp it.
{7.} I'm just waiting for this work day to be over so I can start the night out with Marianne. I have not had a night out in 4 years. I am very excited! It's time to find some trouble!

Thank You!
Thank you all for the kind comments on yesterday's Post.
I know I don't acknowledge comments on here,
but I promise I get them AND read them all.
(Thanks to my handy dandy Blackberry they come straight to my phone.)
I think I may have exaggerated on the Post a little...
I don't want you all to think I'm completely suicidal or anything.
I was just venting.
BUT it is wonderful to have all your kind thoughts my way.
*BIG SMILES.*

Remember When Wednesday
Remember when I loved my alone time?
Well, that has changed.
Drastically.
It took 24 days of being out on my own before it kicked in but its finally here. And obviously I thought I was in the clear at this point, so it sideswiped me pretty damn good. I've been crying myself to sleep. Which leads to me being extremely pissed off.
No, this does not mean I'm going back to Kevin.
That's not even an option. Ever.
It does mean I have a lot of stuff to work on.
Previously I said I was stuck in a routine.
But I do need a routine. Just a new, very detailed one.
I cannot remember the last time I was single.
That is not a good thing.
I don't even think I know who I am without a man.
Another bad thing.
Its time to live my life for me.
Do exactly what I want do to, when I want to do it.
More importantly, it's time to find myself.
& be that woman.

1. Cell Phone
T-Mobile Blackberry Curve

Fill in the Blank Friday
Got this from Alexandria!
1 - My absolute favorite movie of all time is Out Cold. I could watch it every day. I fell in love with Zach Galifianakis when I seen it the first time. I really need to buy it on dvd...
2 - My favorite movie as a child was Lady and the Tramp. Mom said she had to buy numerous copies because they got burnt out. haha!
3 - The best movie quote ever is "They didn't agree on much. In fact they rarely agreed on anything. They fought all the time and they challenged each other everyday. But in spite their differences, they had one important thing in common, they were crazy about each other." -The Notebook

5 - The movie I could watch over and over is Wedding Crashers.
6 - My favorite movie genre is romantic comedies.
7 - A movie I'd like to watch this weekend is Knight & Day.

What to do?
I seem to be stuck in a rut.
Not a bad rut per say, just an annoying one.
I get up. Go to work.
Get home from work. Cook dinner.
Workout. Then I'm alone w/my thoughts.
The end.
Pretty sure that's not how a single person's life should sound...
Positive that is not how I want my new life to continue.
But what to do?
I really should get a part time job.
But I don't want to lose my weekends...
There's a million things that I would like to do.
But I'm trying to control my funds until I get a handle on how much all my new bills are gonna pan out. So, back to a part time job right? Right.

Music Help
I finally got me a new computer.
Which means all the music that's on my iPod is gonna disappear when I sync it. Sadness, I know. I've made a list of most of the music but I don't even have this sucker a fourth of the way full!
I need some music suggestions.
I'm open to anything.
I do like a little of it all, as long as there's words. haha
Specific songs or artists in general.
So, come on, help a girl out!

Eclipse
I seen Eclipse on Sunday with Mom.
Yeah, that makes 4 times now.
Mom loved it, but said they made Jacob too whiney.
I reminded her that he is supposed to be 16 but she stuck with her decision that he was too big of a baby. It was so funny, I had to share.
& srsly. I LOVE Edward!
Here's to make up for Hotness Monster Monday:

Girls Girls Girls!
Thursday night I went to Dothan w/Marianne.
We went for pedis. I owed her for all the help w/the house.
We had a blast!
She also helped me from having a heart attack Friday night.
Something was under the house. It sounded huge!
& her being the best friend (and neighbor) came over to save me.
I drove to Jax Saturday and finally got to meet Hayley!
I met her and Kelli, along w/her daughter Emmy at La Nopalera.
And then we watched a movie at Hayley's condo.
Misconception, I do not recommend it.
Though we did get a bunch of laughs out of it...
& today is beach day w/Mom. yay
I can't forget Jenny, I owe her a lot too!
Girl time is a marvelous thing!
