I like to think I take advice well.
But maybe I'm wrong.
And maybe some of you are laughing at that statement.

Anyhow, I do not take kindly to advice from you.
I asked you for help, you denied.
That forfeit your chance to give me your two cents.

I hope you are racking your brain.
Trying to figure out how I did it.
And by myself at that.

You've never given me any positive feedback.
You assumed I would fail from the get go.
And it's been amazing to prove you wrong.
Wether you believe my accomplishments or not.

Yes, I have bad days.
But I also have good days.
And those are the days that get me through.

Care Package from Japan

There was a huge box on my porch when I got home last night.

Yani sent me a care package from Japan!

I was so excited, it was like Christmas!

How cute is this stuff?!?

She knows I love owls...

And look at all this yummy stuff!

How sweet is that? I just love it all!

Hopefully I can go visit her before they come back!

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Mine started at noon on Friday because our computers were down at work.

They still are this morning, of course.

I was supposed to have a date on Saturday but it got cancelled.

So, I spent the day shopping for an outfit to wear that night.

I went out with some girls and had an absolute blast.

It was much needed.

The old crush called at 2am.

Story of my life.

Yesterday was spent cleaning and doing laundry.

& watching the Saints lose. boo

I met an old friend in Dothan for dinner.

Mama Goldberg's is the shit. no lie.

I have been slowly getting sick since Thursday.

It's just allergies I think but it's taking a toll.

My throat is hurting something fierce.

And my voice is pretty much gone.

Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. haha
