The Chimes East

Boyf took me to an amazing restaurant the other night.

The Chimes East

I really enjoyed it.

They had a little bit of everything food wise.

& they definitly had everything when it came to drinks.

Like this challenge called Around the World:



You're required to drink 60 beers total (from at least 20 countries).

You can drink a maximum of 5 beers per visit

(which means the fastest you can complete Round the World

 is in 12 days at 5 beers a day),

and you can't go over 6 months from your initial log in.

After the 60th beer has been checked off,

you receive a Round the World t-shirt

and your name will be printed on a small plaque

that is displayed in the restaurant

with over 20 years of other Round the World participants.

 

 

I didn't try it out that night, but it's def on my to-do list!

New Camera!

The boyf got me a new camera last night.

FINALLY!

Yes, I had a working one but it was a POS

& like 5 years old.

But I will still use it because it's waterproof.

Anyway, I'm so excited!

I can get back to my picture taking habits!

Weekend ReCap

Sorry, it's a little late.

I know I've been a bad blogger

but I'm trying to get better!

Just have some patience.

Friday after work I went and got my new SS card.

You know, with my maiden name on it. woo hoo

I tried to get my Louisiana license

but I didn't have my birth certificate so I couldn't.

Maybe next week. ugh

As you know, I seen Paul with Donna that night

while the boyf hung out with his boys.

I was invited, but not in a boy mood. ha!

Saturday I went to the St. Patty's Day parade.

We had sooo much fun!

That night I went for drinks and dinner w/parent's #2.

Beer after drinking Crown and Coke all day was DUMB.

Anyway, Jarrod came over to watch a movie

but he passed out by 9 because he'd been at a

fishing tournament all day.

Him and his dad got 5th place out of 200 boats!

Yes, I am proud!

Sunday we had breakfast at Cracker Barrel

then went shopping at the Outlet Mall.

I suggested the zoo and he suggested shopping.

I'm not making this up.

He shops worse than a girl. No lie.

Overall it was a good weekend.

But it went by way too fast!

Movie Monday

Donna and I seen Paul Friday night.
It was much funnier than I thought it was gonna be.
I loved it. Kristen Wiig is amazing.



I cannot wait to see Bridesmaids.

Seen Beastly Saturday night with Donna.

Weekend Re-Cap

I had a marvelous weekend,

hope you did too!

I get off at noon on Fridays

and had a hair appt at 1.

I was super duper nervous

but ended up being very happy.

Rickey is a trip

and I cannot wait to see him again.

I wish he could wash my hair every day!

That night I went out to dinner with my 2nd parents.

Lagniappe, of course, they're favorite.

We followed that with some drinks at a sports bar

and then Double D's daiquiris.

I was celebrating the big "D".

Saturday I seen Beastly with Donna.

Very cute movie.

Today was the LSU baseball game

with Linds & Adam.

It made me miss my dad a lot

but he's on a cruise so poop on him.

Other than it being really hot

we had lots of fun!

Now I've got the runny nose and watery eyes.

I've been sneezing sooo much,

it's horrific.

Any home remedies or meds yall can suggest?

Benadryl helps temporarily

but it knocks me out cold too. ugh

I called the Courthouse Monday morning.

The lady told me it was just signed by the Judge

and was to be mailed out that day.

I got them in the mail yesterday.
