Crock Pot Recipe

I know this picture does not look so yummy but I promise it is.
Just make sure you like peperoncinis first.



Ingredients:
2 lb chuck roast
16 oz jar peperoncini peppers

Yep, that's it.

I left it in the crock pot from 7am to 6pm on low.
I'm sure it was ready a few hours prior but I was at work.

The meat soaked up the pepper juice so well.
And the cooking all day took the bite of pepper heat away so it was perfect.
& so easy!
