I decided against a Resolution this year.
Thought some goals would be better.
The basics made the list:
lose 15 pounds
cardio 5 days a week
eat healthier
drink more water
give up all sodas
save money
A few more:
stop cursing
stop letting people affect me negatively
stay in better contact w/family & friends
take a picture of myself every day
And the #1 goal is:
To make this year about ME.
Putting myself first. ALWAYS.
