I agree with your number one!! That is disgusting!! (to say the least) It's my number one turn off, too.. my #2 would have to be when we're going out somewhere and he goes in first.. Yeah.. I don't care about the car door.. of course, I like when it's done too.. but when you go into a building especially somewhere to eat, a guy should hold open the door for you THEN go in after!! Which btw I had a hot guy do that for me today.. made me want to jump him right there! haha
